Job Description
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Track order and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased product
- Maintain updated record of purchased product, delivery information and invoice
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) in any related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in Purchasing or Buyer Department
- Having excellent communication skill, negotiation skill and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and establishing relationships with vendors)
