Job Description
We need you to step into the role of Team Lead, guiding your own team and taking responsibility for:
- Design Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with overall product vision.
- User Research & Testing: Conduct user research and usability tests to gather actionable insights, refining designs based on feedback and data-driven decisions.
- UI/UX Development: Translate complex business and technical requirements into intuitive, visually appealing user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- High-Fidelity Prototyping: Leverage your expertise in Figma to create high-fidelity prototypes that communicate interaction and visual design effectively.
- Design System Maintenance: Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across multiple products and platforms.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other teams to share insights, advocate for design decisions, and deliver cohesive solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to elevate product experiences.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–5 Years of experience with a proven track record in product design, preferably in a fast-paced startup or top-tier tech environment.
- Proficiency in Figma: Expert-level knowledge of Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Startup Experience: Adept at working in agile teams, iterating quickly, and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- User-Centric Approach: Demonstrated ability to integrate user feedback into designs, with a keen eye for detail and usability.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of clearly articulating design decisions and rationale, both verbally and visually.
- Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting product metrics and user data to inform design iterations.
