Senior Nutrition Associate

Responsibilities

• Program Design & Innovation: Develop and refine stunting prevention interventions with a core focus on the First 1,000 Days of Life (1000 HPK).
• Data-Driven Adjustment: Translate Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) data into tangible and tactical program improvements.
• SBCC Strategy: Design and oversee Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC) components to ensure sustainable behavior change within the community.
• Technical Authority: Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for internal teams, ensuring technical quality in program implementation and digital platform development aligned with national and international nutritional standards.
• Strategic Support: Assist the Head of Stunting in technical meetings with government officials, donors, and subject matter experts.
• High-Level Reporting: Produce high-quality technical reports and presentation materials for both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field (Master's degree/S2 is highly preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in nutrition program development, with a specific focus on stunting and the First 1,000 Days of Life (1000 HPK).
• SBCC Expertise: Proven track record in designing or managing interventions based on Social Behavior Change Communication (SBCC).
• Language Skills: Proficient in English communication and professional writing.
• Technical Skills: Expert in crafting technical narratives and data visualizations for reporting and high-level meeting materials.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to dynamic strategic requests in a high-stake environment.
• Digital Literacy: Interest or experience in working with digital monitoring tools or data/AI-driven platforms.
