
Job Description
- Design and produce multimedia content including static visuals, motion graphics, animations, and video edits.
- Lead the creative process from concept development to execution across different platforms (social media, website, campaigns, events).
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategist, marketing, account management) to ensure content meets business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end video production: storyboarding, shooting coordination (when required), editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.
- Maintain brand consistency & aligned with brief across all multimedia outputs.
- Stay updated with the latest multimedia, design, and video editing trends, tools, and techniques.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers/multimedia staff/freelancers/3rd party if needed.
- Ensure all deliverables are on-time, high-quality, and optimized for different formats (digital, offline, presentations).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, Film, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and video production.
- Proficiency in design and editing tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in directing/producing video shoots, photography, and 3D motion design is a plus.
