Job Description
- Mengembangkan, mengevaluasi, dan meninjau proses RnD sebuah produk.
- Melakukan perencanaan milestone, time frame, dan goals dalam tim.
- Mengelola anggota tim untuk mencapai tujuan yang ditentukan.
- Membuat 3D design dan 2D drawing sebuah produk.
- Melakukan prototipe dan evaluasi produk hingga siap untuk diproduksi.
- Menyediakan laporan dan dokumentasi proyek.
Requirements
- D3/D4/S1/S2 jurusan Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering.
- Memiliki pengalaman mengerjakan proyek automation/robotics/special purpose machine.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 5 tahun di bidang desain dan proses manufaktur (permesinan dan fabrikasi).
- Mampu menggunakan aplikasi desain CAD/CAM (Solidworks atau Onshape menjadi nilai lebih).
- Mampu mengoperasikan CNC machine.
- Dapat berkomunikasi dengan Bahasa Inggris dengan baik.
- Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal, kepemimpinan, dan resolusi konflik yang sangat baik.
- Bersedia untuk penempatan di Salatiga.
