Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven inbound marketer to own the majority of the marketing funnel for our company. You will be in charge of creating the strategy and executing our Marketing, SEO, and Social Media campaigns (with the help of others, of course). This is a perfect position if you want to build your own department and grow fast.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience in Digital Marketing role in startups or/and international corporations of 5 years is a must.
- Know how to use Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Emails, and Adwords to get leads.
- Know what is SEO, how it works, and how to implement it.
- Understand what is Growth Hacking and Performance Marketing.
- Have an idea of marketing analytics.
- Get ready to work closely with the Sales team.
- Good English. Some of us do not speak fluent Bahasa. Having fluent English is a big bonus for the candidate's consideration.
- Experience with international and remote teams is a huge plus. We need people that can overcome communication and cultural barriers in a digital setting.
- Lean and independent. The candidate should understand basic lean startup principles. We respect employees that can achieve solely and take responsibilities even when outside of their main expertise.
- Strong analytical skills. We are a tech team and we like the math and data approaches to solving problems. Please no feelings and guts involved.
