Job Description
đŻ Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall marketing strategy: from campaign planning to execution
- Design and execute marketing strategy (from brand to performance)
- Translate business goals into marketing plans (acquisition, retention, loyalty)
- Manage all marketing channels (IG, TikTok, WA, Email, Ads, etc.)
- Drive customer acquisition & retention initiatives
- Oversee loyalty program and influencer campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics & consumer insights to make high-impact decisions
- Collaborate closely with Founder & Ops Team
Requirements
đĄ Youâll be a great fit if you:
- Have 4 years experience in marketing (FMCG, D2C, Food and Beverage, Agency)
- Have strong knowledge of digital marketing (Meta Ads, IG/TikTok strategy, email, WA CRM)
- Have proven experience managing campaigns end-to-end (strategy â execution)
- Understand marketing funnels, consumer behavior, and how to convert data into action
- Have a sharp strategic mindsetâbut can also move fast, test ideas, and pivot
- Love building brands and thinking long-termânot just chasing quick wins
đ Bonus if you:
- Have experience in F&B, health & wellness, or community marketing
- Understand brand positioning, lifecycle marketing, and growth funnels
