Job Description
- Support Leader in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and executing host training and development programs.
- Conduct live session shadowing to monitor host performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts to translate host performance insights into actionable learning and development recommendations.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of training programs, including host competency development and performance progress.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hosts to ensure readiness and successful integration into operations.
- Maintain training materials, learning documentation, and host development records to ensure program consistency and continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of competency development initiatives and other host capability programs as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in communication or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative, content creation, hosting, and/or digital content ecosystem, including social media, livestreaming, live shopping, YouTube, or related platforms.
- Proven experience as a livestream host, live shopping host, or content creator with strong understanding of livestream operations, audience engagement, and host performance dynamics.
- Strong understanding of hosting techniques, including communication style, audience interaction, storytelling, product presentation, and engagement strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content ideas, learning materials, and improvement recommendations for host performance.
- Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to interpret performance insights, identify development opportunities, and translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor performance metrics and evaluate host development progress.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback, conduct coaching sessions, and build strong relationships with hosts.
- Good project management skills with the ability to manage training activities, onboarding programs, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
