Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Lead for our Umbrella & New Buyer Campaigns. This role is pivotal in driving user engagement, acquisition, retention, and increasing Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) on our platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing innovative campaigns targeting both new and existing users, ensuring a smooth transition through the user funnel, and driving meaningful marketing spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Develop, execute, and manage creative campaigns aimed at driving user engagement, acquisition, retention, and increasing ARPU.
  • User Funnel Optimization: Understand and optimize the user journey from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new users.
  • Strategic Planning: Craft strategic plans to meet business goals, influence cross-functional teams, and align with overall company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends, leveraging insights to shape campaign strategies.
  • A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B tests for different promotional schemes to measure effectiveness and optimize campaign performance.
  • Budget Management: Assess risks and manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure meaningful spend that drives user behavior rather than merely attracting discount hunters.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including product, data, and marketing teams, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
  • Performance Measurement: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the e-grocery or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and understanding market trends.
  • Exceptional budget management skills with a focus on driving meaningful marketing spend.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a competing e-grocery or e-commerce company.
  • Knowledge of local consumer behavior and preferences in Indonesia.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
