Job Description:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable back-end systems and services using Go, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership for full-stack development, ensuring systems are resilient, secure, and highly available.
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and advocate for clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Mentor and coach 3-4 developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Enhance and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for large-scale applications.
  • Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot complex system and infrastructure issues in production environments.
  • Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment best practices to improve delivery speed and quality.
  • Take ownership of production change management, ensuring minimal risk and downtime.
  • Contribute to technical strategy, long-term product roadmap, and adoption of new technologies/tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Min 3-5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, including back-end and front-end technologies.
  • Proven leadership or mentorship experience, with the ability to guide and grow a development team.
  • Strong proficiency in Go, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
  • Solid experience in RESTful API development, integration, and documentation; experience with GraphQL is a plus.
  • Familiar with system design, architectural patterns (microservices, event-driven architecture, CQRS, etc.), and cloud-native deployments.
  • Familiarity with flowcharts, business models, sequence diagrams, and strong system design documentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for learning, ownership, and delivering impactful solutions.
