Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
- Communicate project updates to Clients and the internal team about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, plans, reports, and post-project evaluations.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant Clients.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
- Understand technical requirements and constraints at a high level to effectively communicate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or similar role in the technology industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- High-level understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Fluent in English
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in managing projects in [specific areas related to your company, e.g., web development, software development, etc.].
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of offshore talent management and outsourcing processes.
