Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance full-stack applications, including AI-powered features.
- Take ownership of complex features from requirement analysis, model integration, to production deployment.
- Develop and integrate AI/ML models or third-party AI services into web or mobile applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across frontend, backend, and AI components following best practices.
- Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, consistency, and AI reliability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across application, data, and AI pipelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, data teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical and AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure application performance, reliability, security, and responsible AI usage standards are met.
- Optimize existing systems, databases, and AI workflows for scalability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead technical discussions and contribute to system architecture and AI integration decisions.
- Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers in full-stack development and AI implementation.
- Participate in system design, technical planning, estimation, and AI solution scoping.
- Implement and enforce coding standards, development workflows, and AI engineering best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and AI trends, and recommend improvements when relevant.
- Work closely with DevOps or infrastructure teams on CI/CD, cloud deployment, model serving, and monitoring.
- Ensure proper documentation of systems, APIs, AI models, and development processes.
- Take accountability for technical deliverables, timelines, code quality, and AI feature outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development (Backend / Frontend / Full-stack).
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, PHP).
- Solid experience with modern frameworks (e.g. React, Vue, Angular, Next.js, NestJS, Laravel, Spring Boot, Django).
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design (REST APIs, monolith, microservices).
- Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and modern development practices.
- Strong knowledge of performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance or mentorship.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced startup environments and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Working proficiency in English (written and spoken).
