Senior General Affairs - Office Facility Management

Role Description:

As Senior General Affairs, you will be responsible for procurement, building maintenance, archives, inventory and coordinating outsourcing team.

• Responsible and report the work/results handled to the Head of Banking Operation & Support Division;
• Ensure office facilities operate/function properly;
• Coordinate maintenance work on inventory, assets, and property owned by the Bank;
• Follow up on renovation needs, repairs related to Bank office facilities/properties;
• Conduct periodic visits to Bank property locations - AYDA and Abandoned Property and report on the results of the visit;
• Responsible for monitoring maintenance and marketing efforts for AYDA and Abandoned Property owned by the Bank;
• Manage the use of operational vehicles effectively and efficiently;
• Coordinate outsourcing work;
• Follow up on outsourcing needs from related units;
• Report AYDA, Abandoned Property, outsourcing, and others to related parties according to the provisions;
• Follow up on findings from internal and external auditors;
• Conduct continuous improvement processes.
