Job Description
Garuda Sport Property, a strategic portfolio company of Asiantrust Capitaland, is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Fund Admin to oversee and manage the financial and operational aspects of its real estate and sport-focused development projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring financial transparency, operational alignment, and timely investor reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor on-site project progress to ensure alignment with approved timelines and development milestones.
- Manage and monitor project cash flow, including tracking income, expenditures, and budget forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive investment reports to internal stakeholders and investors.
- Coordinate and execute profit disbursements to investors in accordance with project agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, supporting both internal audit and external reporting processes.
- Liaise with project managers, finance teams, and legal consultants to ensure smooth fund administration.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations for decision-making and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, fund administration, or project finance, preferably in property development or investment firms.
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, reporting standards, and financial analysis.
- Proven experience handling fund distribution and investor reporting.
- Able to conduct field checks/site visits to verify project progress.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments.
- Based in Jakarta and willing to travel to project sites as needed.
