Overall
- Team Management. Manage the Corporate Finance & Procurement (Warehouse) Team including:
- Hiring: work with HR Team on team’s bandwidth and hiring
- KPI/ OKR setting: set the team’s OKR that captures both input & output metrics
- Workload & bandwidth management: manage prioritization within the team
- Mentoring: develop career path together with HR team for each members, ensuring each working on their competencies
- Develop a two-way feedback culture: allow open and honest culture to create IMPACT
Corporate Finance
Strategic Financial Planning
- Lead the annual financial planning and budgeting process, producing short- and medium-term forecasts with well founded assumptions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for Zabran and its business units.
- Identify and monitor financial and business risks, create mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
- Conduct industry analyses to pinpoint potential improvement areas for the Business Team.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Evaluate current business performance against initial plans and budgets to generate actionable insights that support the Business Team in optimizing operations.
- Collaborate with the Business and Sales Team to establish OKRs for tracking performance and organizational health.
Investor Relations & Communication
- Prepare investor reports, emphasizing key business performance metrics and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Construct business cases for new opportunities by assessing market potential, cost structures, and funding requirements.
Procurement
Sourcing and Supplier Management
- Design and implement purchasing strategies that align with ethical and industry procurement standards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities with vendors while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop negotiation strategies to secure optimal pricing and favorable payment terms.
Process Improvement
- Establish collaborative workflows with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
- Conduct risk management for supply contracts and agreements to safeguard company interests.
Requirements
Education & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economic
- Strong understanding of the capital structure and corporate finance
- Strong understanding of the Tax and Legal Risk Mitigation
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Corporate Finance/ Investment Banking position within a fast-moving and dynamic business environment, preferably as a Senior Corporate Finance Management position.
- Experienced with building financial models, including valuation and debt modeling with strong analytical skills.
- Advance knowledge of Accounting principles and practices.
- Experienced with tax planning and legal risk mitigation.
