Job Description
1. Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends related to marketing, events, branding and communications.
2. Design innovative and creative event concepts and strategies according to client needs.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, clients and relevant stakeholders.
4. Present and explain marketing strategies clearly to clients, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.
5. Prepare final event reports for clients and event performance analysis
Requirements
1. Minimum 3 years’ experience in event planning or similar role.
2. Have broad insight, be creative and have high problem-solving abilities.
3. Have expertise in creating presentation decks and a proven track record.
4. Have a good understanding of all aspects of events including the event attendee journey and attendee experience.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality events within budget.
6. Collaborative and have strong project management Skills.
7. Able to work within tight timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Domicile in Bekasi or East Jakarta is preferred.
