Job Description
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of conferences, training programs, workshops, seminars, and corporate events to ensure successful delivery.
- Ensure overall event readiness by managing event timelines, logistics, resources, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless event preparation and execution.
- Monitor event budgets, manage risks, and resolve operational issues to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and implement continuous improvements to enhance future event performance and participant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Min. 5–8 years of experience in event management, conference management, or corporate training/event operations.
- Strong project management, event planning, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to work under pressure, manage multiple events simultaneously, and willing to travel or work flexible hours when required.
