- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms.
- Develop creative content strategies aligned with the brand.
- Manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram and Google (setup, targeting, optimization).
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Build and optimize digital marketing pipeline for e-commerce.
- Track KPIs and adjust strategies based on data insights.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with leadership, the creative team, and cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Mentor junior marketing specialist.
- Stay updated with social media and advertising trends.
Requirements
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Proven track record of successful ad campaigns.
- Expertise in paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Understanding of what content works across different platforms.
- Understanding of fitness culture and streetwear trends.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Organized and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or fashion industries.
- Email marketing platform expertise (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Video content strategy knowledge.
- Experience scaling marketing operations.
