- Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars across platforms.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Support e-commerce promotions and online sales initiatives.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs.
- Prepare performance reports and insights for internal review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
- Stay updated with social media and advertising trends.
Requirements
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Practical experience managing paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Understanding of social media content formats and what performs across platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Understanding of what content works across different platforms.
- Understanding of fitness culture and streetwear trends.
- Experience with e-commerce marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager).
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Organized and able to work independently.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in fitness, wellness, or fashion industries.
- Email marketing platform expertise (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
- Video content strategy knowledge.
- Experience scaling marketing operations.
