Job Description
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings for promoter channel
- Targets, Incentive automation, and giving performance visibility across the sales roles
- Deep dive into dashboards and give insights to key stakeholders to improve the performance
- Manage analytics projects from ideation to completion.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of delivered analyses.
- Lead Product/Growth/ETL teams to address business challenges using data.
- Work with databases, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).
- Collaborate with ETL and Optimize data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 7-8+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data tools like SQL, Python, R, Excel, and visualization software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
