Job Description
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries via Instagram Messages, Email, Whatsapp, and other digital channels.
- Ensure prompt and professional responses across all platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Enhance customer experience by proactively addressing common concerns and providing helpful information.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Contribute to improving FAQs, knowledge bases, and automated responses for better effieciency.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support, ideally in B2C environments.
- Experience in financial services, HR solutions, or employee benefits is a plus.
- Proficient in handling omnichannel communication, including Instagram Messages, Email, Whatsapp, and other digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
- Strong customer handling skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and empathy.
- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
