Job Description
- Lead the Customer Service team in delivering excellent service and support to customers across all company-defined platforms
- Oversee and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and implement solutions for customer complaints and inquiries
- Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Create and present detailed customer satisfaction, feedback, and complaint reports to senior management
- Train and mentor the customer service team, enhancing their skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer handling
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 year of work experience in Customer Services
- Excellent command in Indonesian and English, both written and oral
- Well versed in using Microsoft Office (mainly basic Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
- Moderate tech capability to utilize digital CRM platform(s)
- Well versed in using social media, including to operate Meta Business Suite to respond to customer inquiries as well as to pull customer
