Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading the in house creative division under marketing and also any other organization purpose where relevant.
- Creative strategy development – defining and leading creative vision and strategy for the brand, aligning creative initiatives with overall business objectives and goals, while staying updated on creative trends to inform creative strategy.
- Team leadership and management – managing and leading a team of creative professionals including designers, copywriter, and other creative specialists.
- Conceptualization and ideation – generate and develop creative concepts and ideas for projects, campaigns and initiatives, while ensuring creative work aligns with brand identity and messaging.
- Content and design development – Oversee creation of visual and written content, including graphic design, copywriting, multimedia, and other creative assets, including review and approval of creative materials to ensure quality and consistency.
- Project Management – Manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery on time in full and within agreed budget – collaborating with other teams within marketing and outside of marketing – within and outside of organization as necessary, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage creative department’s budget, including resource allocation for equipment, software and talent, and optimize resource allocation to maximize creative output.
- Stakeholder collaboration – working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to understand creative needs and deliver solutions that meets or exceeds expectations, and present creative concepts and ideas to relevant stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.
- Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency by way of ensuring all creative work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand image, performing quality checks and review creative work for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Performance Metrics and Analytics – by way of defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the creative department, taking into account data and feedback that measures impact and success of creative initiatives.
- Innovation and Continuous Improvement by way of staying updated on emerging technologies, design trends and industry best practices, and encouraging and supporting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the creative team.
- Problem Solving in terms of addressing creative challenges and roadblocks to find effective and innovative solutions, and resolving conflicts within the creative team and with stakeholders.
- Compliance and Legal Considerations – by ensuring all creative work complies with relevant legal and ethical standards, such as copyright and trademark laws.
- Communication and Reporting by providing regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and performance of creative projects and communicating the value and impact of creative initiatives to various stakeholders as necessary.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience, with at least 1 year experience as Sr. Art director / Art Director / Creative Manager / Creative Lead
- Proven experience in the role with strong portfolio showcasing creative achievements.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in creative software and tools
- Understanding of branding and marketing related principles
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
