Job Description
- Menyusun content planning dan ide kreatif untuk TikTok & Instagram (organik dan ads).
- Mengembangkan konsep, storytelling, hook, dan angle konten.
- Mengarahkan proses produksi: pra-produksi, shooting, hingga editing.
- Memberikan creative direction & quality control kepada editor/talent.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Performance untuk membuat ads creative yang efektif.
- Membuat variasi ide untuk rapid testing berdasarkan insight performa.
- Menjaga timeline posting & memberi rekomendasi optimasi konten.
- Mendampingi dan mengembangkan anggota tim junior.
Requirements
- Minimal 2–3 tahun pengalaman di social media / creative agency.
- Pernah memimpin atau mengarahkan tim kecil.
- Wajib melampirkan portofolio (organik & ads lebih disukai).
- Menguasai Capcut/VN (Adobe Premiere/AE nilai plus).
- Memiliki sense kreatif & storytelling yang kuat.
- Terbiasa membuat konten TikTok & Instagram.
- Paham dasar ads creative.
- Up to date dengan tren & dunia kreatif.
- Mampu bekerja cepat, memenuhi deadline, dan kolaboratif.
- Percaya diri memberi arahan & feedback.

We have three core business: PAKAR Edu, PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis
We start our business as PAKAR Edu, we provide workshop and training for professional, employee and entrepreneur in field of digital marketing, human resource, finance & accounting and any other fields.
After a few years later, some people who attend our workshop require us to open other services as consultant, thus they can use our services for their business. Therefore, based on that demand we expand our business into two new business that is PAKAR Jasa and PAKAR Bisnis.
Both of them running as consultant services, PAKAR Jasa focus on digital marketing service, while PAKAR Bisnis focus on accounting and finance for business development.
