Job Description
- Supervise and mentor the copywriting team, ensuring productivity across members.
- Lead the creative direction for campaigns.
- Review the quality of team outputs (scripts, headlines, shot lists).
- Execute ticketed creative ideas with accuracy, timeliness, and a performance-driven approach for livestreams and content.
- Establish guidelines and creative references.
- Stay updated on trends, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide the use of AI prompts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Senior/Lead Copywriter or team lead, preferably with an agency background.
- Proven ability to develop engaging copy and concepts for short videos and livestreams.
- Strong creative and performance-driven mindset in crafting hooks, script flow, CTAs, and selling angles.
- Experience in reviewing, editing, and coaching copywriters; a critical thinker who can identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Comfortable using ticketing/workflow tools and delivering work on time within SLA.
- Up to date with TikTok, live commerce, and short video trends, and able to translate these into relevant ideas and copy.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills and clear day-to-day communication.
- Skilled in guiding the team on the use of AI prompts for ideation and efficiency, and open to new approaches and ways of working.
