Job Description
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for various platforms (social media, blog posts, articles, newsletters, website copy, etc.)
- Collaborate with the campaign and design teams to produce engaging and brand-aligned content
- Conduct market research to understand audience preferences, trends, and content performance
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to enhance future content
- Plan and implement content calendars for ongoing campaigns and initiatives
- Stay up to date with the latest content marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Engage with audiences on social media platforms, responding to comments and fostering community interaction
- Manage content distribution through various channels
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any related major
- At least 3 years experience managing progressively complex projects in a social media & content marketing environment
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with attention to detail and creativity
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communicator and creative thinker
- Experience with a content management system and social media management tools
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to improve content performance
- Able to communicate and build rapport effectively with all members of the organization
