Job Description

  • Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with merchants.
  • Manage and monitor GMV, order categories, and merchant store performance by conducting strategic negotiations based on sales data.
  • Handle and resolve day-to-day merchant issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist merchants with product optimization and operations by participating in special promotions and campaigns.
  • Monitor merchant violations, delayed or incorrect deliveries, customer service response rates, and address underperforming merchants.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize operational strategies.
  • Coordinate marketing cost control, resource allocation, promotional pricing configurations, and related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in merchandising or merchant management within E-commerce or marketplace platforms (Experience as a brand seller in E-commerce is preferred).
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in leading a team is a plus.
  • Familiarity with home appliance brands, merchant resources, and business integration processes is preferred.
