Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Thailand's digital payment and virtual product ecosystem.
- Build and manage partnerships with merchants, suppliers, billers, telecom operators, payment service providers, and other strategic partners.
- Drive commercial initiatives for bill payment, mobile top-up, data packages, and other digital products.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Technology, and Commercial teams to launch and enhance products and services.
- Support merchant onboarding, supplier integration, API integration, and operational implementation.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
- Manage partner performance and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Thai National.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following industries:
- Digital Payments
- Fintech
- Payment Gateway
- E-wallet
- Telecom
- Bill Payment
- Utility Payment
- Mobile Top-up / Airtime
- Data Packages
- Payment Aggregator
- Virtual Products
- Digital Commerce
- Marketplace
- Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Management, Product Operations, Commercial, Category Management, Merchant Management, Supplier Management, or Payment Operations.
- Good understanding of Thailand's payment ecosystem, merchant partnerships, supplier management, and digital financial services.
- Experience with API integration, payment integration, reconciliation, settlement, or transaction operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of English.
