Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships with merchants, suppliers, telecom operators, billers, and payment service providers in Thailand.
  • Identify business opportunities across bill payment, mobile top-up, data packages, digital payments, and other virtual products.
  • Collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial, and Technology teams to drive business growth and market expansion.
  • Support supplier onboarding, merchant management, API integration, and operational implementation.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure effective execution of commercial and operational initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Indonesian National.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital payments, fintech, telecom, e-wallet, payment gateway, marketplace, virtual products, or digital commerce.
  • Experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Product Management, Product Operations, Commercial, Category Management, Merchant Management, Supplier Management, or Payment Operations.
  • Experience supporting or managing the Thailand market, working with Thailand-based stakeholders or partners, or collaborating with regional teams covering Thailand.
  • Good understanding of Thailand's digital payment ecosystem, including bill payment, mobile top-up, airtime, data packages, and digital financial services.
  • Experience working with merchants, suppliers, telecom operators, payment providers, or billers in Thailand is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with API integration, payment integration, reconciliation, settlement, or transaction operations is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English. Thai language proficiency is a plus.
