Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Business Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze key business metrics (sales, customer retention, supply chain efficiency, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for growth, operational improvements, and cost optimizations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align business goals with data insights.
- Process Optimization – Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations, proposing solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
- Market & Competitive Analysis – Evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to drive business strategy.
- Automation & Reporting – Develop dashboards and reporting tools to streamline data visualization for stakeholders.
- Business Case Development – Support leadership in making high-impact decisions by providing well-structured business cases.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, or a related field, preferably in e-grocery, retail, or startup environments.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc).
- Experience in forecasting and business intelligence.
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable manner.
- Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at different levels.
