Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst
- Strong in requirements gathering & documentation
- Comfortable in technical discussions
- Experience in project management
- Good understanding of Agile & SDLC
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership / mentoring experience
- Exposure to AI projects is a plus
