Bank MAS is in search of talented Backend Developers to join our dynamic team and embark on an exciting journey of technological advancement!
As a Backend Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and efficient applications using Java/Go.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and provide innovative technical solutions.
- Build and maintain transactional services with a focus on reliability and optimal performance.
- Embrace Agile methodologies to foster continuous improvement and innovation throughout the development process.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization and design to testing and deployment.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a backend engineer, specializing in Java/Go development.
- Proficiency in Java/Go programming languages and associated frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for tackling complex technical challenges.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
