
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior B2B Sales & Business Development professional to drive strategic growth and enterprise partnerships for Algobash. This role will focus on building high-value client relationships, managing complex sales cycles, and expanding revenue opportunities across large organizations and regional markets.

Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in SaaS, HR tech, recruitment technology, or AI solutions is highly preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise or corporate clients is preferred.
- Ability to build sales pipelines and drive deals from prospecting to closure.
- Consistent working with CRM tools, sales reports, and performance metrics.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of partnership development.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
