Job Description
- Develop and implement a product assortment strategy
- Conduct comprehensive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities for new product concepts.
- Create and refine innovative product ideas aligned with brand and market positioning.
- Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to market launch, coordinating with design, engineering, and manufacturing.
- Supervise the creation and testing of product samples, gathering feedback for quality adjustments.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional campaigns and launch plans.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in new product development roles within the FMCG (private label preferred), retail, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of P&L analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights using Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
