Requirements

  • First-class honours / 3.7-4.0 GPA (Bachelor, Master and/or higher Degree)
  • MBA from a top universities is a major advantage
  • Real thought leadership, combined with strong analytical and problem-solving skills (which includes both a quantitative and a qualitative orientation)
  • The ability to work independently, while simultaneously being able to forge productive team relationships, stakeholders, and manage complex projects
  • Business judgement and maturity, including the ability to develop a ‘big picture’ view
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Strong client and team orientation, ambition to build client capabilities that deliver lasting impact
  • Strong personal presence, combined with compelling and professional presentation and communication skills

Required skills/experience:

  • Minimum 4 - 7 years of strategy consulting or mix of consulting and industry experience, specifically from:
  • Consumer goods and retail in trade promo management
  • Pharma life sciences industry
  • Have functional experience of developing and delivering commercial strategy and operations strategy for multinational clients
  • Brings a global perspective, extensive experience operating in Asia is an advantage
  • Skilled in using analytical tools and platforms
