Job Description

Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive sales growth across TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace platforms.
Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners and creators.
Build strong relationships with affiliates and support their performance through campaigns and coaching.
Monitor and optimize affiliate performance (GMV, CTR, Conversion, ROI).
Analyze affiliate data and provide regular performance reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing, Marketplace, and Creative teams to maximize campaign performance.
Research market trends and competitor affiliate strategies to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or E-commerce.
Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate and/or Shopee Affiliate.
Proven track record in growing affiliate sales and managing affiliate programs.
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience in FMCG, Supplement, Beauty, or Health industries is a plus.
