Job Description
- Make a detailed daily/weekly/monthly Sales Report (per unit, per sales, per outlet, per model)
- Manage sales team schedules.
- Manage sales team request to increase sales.
- Ensure stock is available and maintain daily inventory stock.
- Develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Analyze sales figures and predict future sales.
- Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning.
- Handle questions, complaints and feedback from customers
- Responsible for training store staff, as well as ensuring that they understand their duties
- Looking for stores and opening new stores in top malls around Jakarta.
- Prepare materials for promotions and new product launches
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Having minimum 3 year experience in handling administration and Sales Admin in retail.
- Familiar with CRM & WMS system is mandatory
- Having advance skill in Ms. Excel is mandatory (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table, If, Countif)
- Hard worker, honest and able to work independently as well as in team.
