Job Description

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  2. Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling additional services based on client needs and market trends.
  3. Conduct regular client meetings (e.g., weekly calls, quarterly business reviews) to discuss campaign performance, strategic insights, and future opportunities.
  4. Understand client business objectives, challenges, and competitive landscape to tailor influencer strategies effectively.
  5. Create tailored, persuasive, and visually appealing proposals that align with client needs and our services by collaborating with internal teams for necessary information.
  6. Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive quotations based on client requirements and company pricing structures by working closely with finance and operations teams to ensure feasibility and sustainability.
  7. Prepare and deliver tailored, engaging presentations to clients using verbal and visual techniques to highlight our services, solutions, and value propositions.
  8. Serve as the main contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships through regular communication and meetings, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Requirements

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Account Manager, with a focus on sales.
  2. Previous experience working in an agency environment (digital marketing, KOL, or related fields) is highly preferred.
  3. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Exceptional proposal writing and presentation skills.
  5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for creating accurate quotations.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
