Job Description
- Manage and strengthen strategic relationships with clients, ensuring their digital marketing objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
- Develop and present impactful campaign strategies to drive success.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Oversee budget management and financial tracking for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency and value.
- Work with legal and finance teams to ensure agreements, contracts, and deliverables meet regulatory requirements.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights and comprehensive reports.
- Identify opportunities for additional services to boost client ROI and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in digital marketing or a 360 marketing agency.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and delivering successful digital campaigns.
- Familiarity with finance and budgeting in campaign management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-focused, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent time management, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
