Job Description
- Identify, approach, and acquire corporate clients for training programs
- Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers in target companies
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, content, and delivery teams
- Achieve targets with monthly performance reviews
- Utilize marketing materials provided by the company
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experince in sales, business development, or account management in the training, education, or related service industry
- Proven track record in acquiring corporate clients with >1000 employees
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Comfortable working under target and remote conditions
- Attention to detail
- Time management
