Job Description
- Verify and monitor sell-out data from various distribution channels to ensure it meets company standards and is valid.
- Ensure data from the Ciao digital platform matches reports submitted by distributors or stores, and perform routine accuracy checks.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide analysis to identify performance trends and data anomalies.
- Communicate findings and any discrepancies identified during data verification to relevant internal teams.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between collected data and their reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data verification, sales administration, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficient in data analysis with attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiar with data management tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms) and capable of interpreting financial or sales reports.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
