Job Description
- Prepare and provide the best services to the BoD (welcoming, food and/or drink availability, meeting venue, etc.)
- Create, organize, and ensure the schedule and daily work activities of all PAKO Group' Board of Directors (BoDs)
- Prepare and ensure the venue and various needs of the BoD meeting.
- Remind all BoD regarding the next day's schedule.
- Perform BoD administrative activities related to the needs of directors including visas, passports, transportation tickets, hotel, reimbursements, claims, leave applications and other work documents.
- Communicating all BoD information to every related party, both internal and external PAKO Group, and vice versa
- Prepare, submit, check, and control budget for all BoD needs.
- Facilitate the signature of BoD documents from all departments in PAKO Group.
Requirements
- Diploma of Secretary (Graduates from Secretarial Academy will be a plus point).
- Minimum 1 year experience, fresh graduates with internship experience or certification are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Have a good integrity and loyalty.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Have a good analysis and logic of thinking.
- Eager to learn, have a good attitude and communication skill.
- High initiative and improvement ideas.
- Able to work in team and individually.
- Placement in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
