Job Description
- Implement Project Management/Best Practices.
- Keep all Parties on Track and Informed.
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices.
- Coach Team Members.
- Host Daily Stand-up Meetings.
- Assist the Product Owner With the Product Backlog.
- Remove Roadblocks.
- Teach Scrum Practices and Principles.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in software development as Developer/ Programmer
- Experience as a leader more than 2 years
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- English proficient (written and oral)
- Willing to work on 4 months contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
- Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta Timur
