Job Description
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Collaborate with the Product Developer to prioritize the product backlog.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Requirements
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of Agile principles, Scrum framework, and Kanban practices.
- Facilitation: Ability to facilitate discussions and ceremonies effectively.
- Coaching and Mentoring: Experience in coaching teams and individuals in Agile practices.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve obstacles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey project status, risks, and issues.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
