Job Description
- Manage and maintain all official school social media accounts including strategic planning and execution of a monthly content calendar.
- Create, edit, and produce compelling and professional digital content to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Systematically document all school events, activities, and student achievements through high-quality photography and videography for promotional use.
- Act as the primary representative of the school by delivering persuasive presentations on the school's profile, curriculum, and values during Open Houses, Edufair Booths, and private school tour sessions.
- Manage follow-up communication with prospective parents and students and provide support throughout the entire admissions pipeline.
- Conduct basic market research to identify educational trends, analyze competitor positioning, and gather feedback on parental needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (S1) from a reputable university with a relevant background in Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or Education Operations.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role (Marketing, Communications, or Admissions) within an educational environment.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A good team player, hard worker, high initiative and creative.
- Having a pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in design tools, including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator), along with strong familiarity with the Google Workspace.
