Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in school administration or a similar educational leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in Budget Management and Policy Development & Implementation.
- Strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance within the educational sector.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis & Reporting to inform decision-making.
- Proven ability in Problem-Solving & Decision-Making.
- Experience with Staff Supervision & Evaluation is preferred.
