Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP Master Data Specialists and Data Entry professionals.
- Oversee the end-to-end master data processing lifecycle, including data creation, maintenance, cleansing, and governance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement effective data management strategies.
- Develop and optimize mass data processing workflows, leveraging automation tools such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with data quality standards, policies, and regulations, while continuously seeking opportunities for enhancement.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP master data management, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in VBA Programming: If you've got a knack for Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming, you're exactly who we're looking for. Your expertise will help drive our SAP systems to peak performance.
