Job Description

  •  Sales pipeline development and management
  • Client relationship-building and associated call planning
  • Appropriate interaction with the various teams to successfully pursue/engage on the opportunities so that the client clearly understands CLIENT's value proposition in this business area
  • Develops and implements comprehensive strategies that maximize SAP’s opportunities, develop new accounts, and/or expand existing accounts within Indonesia
  • Take ownership of successful creation, execution, monitoring and reporting on sales opportunities and forecasting
  • As well as organize and conduct sales presentations, in order to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree , preferably from Computer, Telecommunication , Business Studies, Commerce, or Management (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years experience in Business development Manager, Sales Manager consulting and delivery of SAP solutions.
  • Mapping initial client requirements and finalizing the scope of work with the client and the technical team.
  • Conducting extensive market and company research through the internet and other lead sources to target prospects intelligently.
  • Excellent communication and soft skills (verbal & written) including telephone and presentation skills.
  • Interacting with the decision makers/ Top Management to discuss business needs.
  • Handling all the initial communication with a prospect to uncover needs, articulate value proposition (via phone, email etc.), and also set up in person meetings.
  • Good Communication.
  • Having knowledge in SAP & ERP product.
  • Have Passion in Sales (Solution & Product).
  • Target Oriented and well organized.
  • Having good interpersonal skill and integrity.
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta Barat.
