Job Description
- Prospect, approach, and build relationships with potential clients interested in website and digital solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate digital solutions.
- Deliver clear and engaging presentations of products and services, including scope, pricing, and project timelines.
- Handle sales meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-ups as required.
- Prepare and manage proposal related sales documents.
- Coordinate with the finance team to prepare quotations.
- Coordinate with internal technical and creative teams to align client expectations.
- Track and manage the end-to-end sales process until deal closure also maintain relationships with existing clients to support retention and upselling.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and provide regular sales performance reports including market insights.
Requirements
- Minimum education Senior High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, preferability in digital services or website-related products.
- Familiarity with website development and digital solution concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal) is a plus point.
- Professional appearance and confident.
