Job Description
- Use effective methodology to deliver and master various training formats according to WINGS Corporate University standards.
- Collaborate in creating syllabi and training materials, and coordinate in training design together with the Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Providing technical support in accordance with training needs including ensuring the availability of training facilities and coordinating the operational readiness of training efficiently.
- Measure the impact of training and document results and work progress.
- Measure the impact of learning and prepare evaluation reports to assess the effectiveness of training.
Requirements
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
- Mandatory : Having 1-7 years experience as Sales Trainer in FMCG Company
- Having the ability to deliver interesting and effective training material.
- Experienced in developing training modules.
- Willing to be placed in Cakung, East Jakarta
