Job Description
- Develop and deliver sales & merchant onboarding training programs, including induction, sales skills, and system usage.
- Design engaging training materials and assessments to measure learning effectiveness.
- Engage and influence sales teams to improve productivity and performance.
- Conduct regular field visits for training purposes (±1 week/month).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Min. 2 years experience as Sales Trainer or similar role.
- Background in financial services or financing industry is a plus.
- Strong training material development & presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to motivate sales teams.
